I know what it's like to look fine from the outside and feel anything but. Here's how I got here, and why I work the way I do.
Sage Sebastian · Gut & nervous system coach · Orange County, California
Underneath, my body felt like it never got the memo to stand down: bloating that showed up no matter how clean I ate, energy that was wired at night and flat by afternoon, and a quiet distrust of my own hunger and fullness.
Each new plan felt promising for a week or two. Then my body pushed back, and I'd decide the problem was my discipline.
The turning point wasn't a new protocol. It was a better question: Does my body have the capacity for this, or am I asking it to perform while it's still in survival? Once I started there, working on load, nervous-system signals, steady meals, and minerals in that order, things finally had room to shift.
I wanted to understand the why, so I studied. I completed the RSN Functional Nutrition Certification with Rachel Scheer in 2026 and became a certified personal trainer in December 2025.
I work with women inside The Align Reset and share free tools like the Survival Mode Bloat Decoder, so anyone can start understanding their body without paying for access. The work is practical and paced. It doesn't depend on medical promises or on you doing things perfectly.
Your body isn't failing you. It's protecting you.
Bloating, crashes, and a racing mind are often signs of load. They aren't proof you're doing it wrong.
Wellness culture tends to go for intensity: stricter plans, bigger cleanses, more rules. But a body running on stress hormones has other priorities. It's busy keeping you going, so it doesn't have much bandwidth for digestion, deep sleep, or change. When we push harder, it often pushes back.
So we build capacity first: fewer daily stressors, clear safety signals for your nervous system, meals that actually fuel you, and rhythm around sleep and light. Once there's room, we look at minerals and make careful edits. Nothing gets added just because it's trending.
If you're looking for a 30-day transformation or a promise that a symptom disappears by a certain date, I'm not your coach, and I'd rather tell you now.
I'm also not a doctor. I don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If something needs medical care, I'll always point you to a licensed provider, and my coaching can sit alongside that care.
If you want a calm, sequenced way of working with your body, with real structure and real support, you're in the right place.
You've done the clean eating, the cleanses, and the supplement stack.
Some of it helped for a while. But you still feel puffy by 3pm, wired at 11pm, and like you're one bad week away from starting over.
Maybe it's not about effort. Maybe it's about order.
Stress shapes digestion. Sleep shapes cravings. Under-fueling shapes energy and mood. When everything's connected, you can't change one piece in isolation. You have to sequence.
Everything I do begins from the same four starting points. Inside The Align Reset they open up into six pillars.
Load
Lower the daily push so your system can hear its own cues again.
Safety
Nervous-system practices that tell your body it's allowed to downshift.
Nourishment
Meals that fuel you, fit your life, and support digestion gently.
Minerals
Mineral education as a map of stress patterns, not a verdict.
I'm a coach, not a licensed medical provider. My training supports education and coaching, not diagnosis or treatment.
What we can work on together:
Every plan starts from your intake, your schedule, and what you can realistically hold right now.
These are goals we work toward together, not promises. Everyone's body and timeline is different, and no specific outcome is promised.
If The Align Reset feels right for this season, the first step is a short application. The investment is shared privately after a fit call.
